2 shopping carts one PayPal account will it work

I have one shopping cart now and am told that a business account will allow me to setup another on the same account. Can anyone confirm that.

Have to done it before. Is it more difficult to set up.

Both these accounts would be a different addresses or could be under one url but in different areas on the hosting space.

I have talked with PayPal but the helpdesk was having trouble understanding the situation.
