can't realease a gift certificate

Hi there!
I sell a gift certificate... but never appear in the Gift Certificate Release Queue page... so... I can't release... and my customer never receive the redemption code...
Can you help me?

First, check that the Gift Certificates module is turned on:
Modules ... Order Totals ... Gift Certificates ot_gv

Then, Edit the Gift Certificate ot_gv module and see if it is marked as:

Queue Purchases
true

Next, could you test the purchase of a Gift Certificate on your own test account ...

Do you see anything about releasing the Gift Certificate in the Admin?

Could you then browse your database in phpMyAdmin and look at the table coupon_gv_customer are there any records in there? If so, do any have balances?

is working now... I uninstall and install again the ot_gv module
and now is working perfect!

You are most welcome and thanks for posting the solution that worked for you ...

It is a good idea when Upgrading to go to all of the Modules for Payment, Shipping and Order Totals and save the current settings to NotePad as they will be lost ... then REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure the modules one by one ...
