Hi, I'm a real newbie as I only got my site set up on Friday, I spent ages yesterday setting up products. All was well last night, this morning too, until I decided to test all the email links. I ordered a product, used the lost password link on log-in, received the new one and input it. Clicked on my basket, which still showed the product and got a message saying there was no product. Then I checked and found all my products had gone, from the site and from admin. Categories and subs are still there.
Please help if you can! This was installed for me by a hosting company but I can't speak to them till tomorrow and I daren't add any more products until I understand what happened.
