I am working on a site for a friend that has a shirt design business.
She charges $7 for shipping for the 1st shirt and $2 for each shirt after that. How do I set this up in the shipping module? I have the per item set at $7, but don't know how to set up for additional items.

Might peek at the Item Rate item and set the Handling to 5.00 and the Per Item charge to 2.00 ... nifty eh?
