View customers current cart

Is there a way to view the customers current cart? For example they haven't checkout yet, but can I still view what is in their cart? Thanks.

Is there also a way to view a cart for people who haven't created an account? For example lets say a customer is new to the site, they add their stuff to the cart, but have not checkout. Thus they haven't created an account. They call in because they want to pay over the phone. It would be much easier if we had their cart in front of us while talking to them. I've worked with other shopping cart software where we were able to view a carts regardless of account. Is there something like that?

I am stumped, You will half to wait to see if the Zen Cart Designers or Masters reads this thread

You can see what's in the customer's cart using admin>tools>who's online as long as the customer hasn't timed out of the site. That goes for both registered/logged in users and "guests".
