Easy Populate Upload - Only adding 1st product

Hi,

I have a new Zen Cart install (1.38) and easy populate 1.2.5.4. Everything seems to have installed okay.

When I upload a file and insert it into the database it only adds the first product from my file (line 1 after the header).

I created and downloaded the export file from easy populate, and used that for my upload file. It's saved as a txt file.

When I get the status report after upload the file it looks like this:

Any ideas what is happening? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong...
