Multiple stock listings and sizes for one product?

Hi all,

Just wondering if thios is possible?

Say I have a collection of T-shirts for sale; two large (10 stock), one medium (out of stock) and one small (3 in stock).

Is it possible to display each variable stock level along with the size choice all in one product listing?

I know I can do the size as an attribute, but am stumped as to how I can tie on the stock level to each size in one listing?

I am struggling with the exact same problem. There has to be a way, but I just don't see it.

If I have 10 identical pairs of boots but they come in size 3,4,5,6 and 7 with 2nr. in each size..... Then how do I tell the attributes controller that there are only 2 in each size?

I've set total quantity to 10 and set the available sizes but there doesn't seem to be an option for QTY per SIZE?!?!

HELP?!?!?!

It's OK, I'm on it... I've read about the stock_by_attributes mod and it seems like exactly the ticket :-)
