Anyone else having issues with PAYPAL and ZENCART today?
i can't even view the DETAILS page in my ADMIN for a customer that has previously paid with PAYPAL....

I believe PayPal's payments are currently DOWN, my customers are unable to pay with PayPal, a test transaction reveals this message:
An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (28) Operation timed out after 60 seconds with 0 bytes received
