problem with new Dutch language module

hello
I've just installed the latest Dutch language pack for my zen store
To me I did everything according to the notes, but my language tab
in my left sidebar does not appear.
However when I do want to add a new product I have the possibility
to add the name of my new product in Englisch and Dutch
Does anyone know what I'm doiing wrong?

I found out I had to attach the languages to the template in order to make it work.
When I go to template selection and I want to add a new language
I get this result:

I rzad a topic concerning this error on: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=74677
In this topic they told me to upload 2 html output files.
One for the admin and one for the store.
The error I received in my zen admin dissapeared but I still can't make a choice for the languages in my store.
