more info box messing up homepage

I asked my hosting company to make some changes to my sideboxes for me as I wasn't confident nough to do it myself (this was before I fond this site...!)

Now, if I turn on the more information sidebox and set it to apear to the right, it doesn't load.

If I set it to open on the left, it doesn't open either, but apart from the header and the top couple of boxes on each side, neither does the rest of the homepage.

Any ideas?

We need to know more about the changes you requested before we can give advice on what happened.
It looks like the right sideboxes have been customized (but are not working quite right yet), while the left sideboxes are relatively stock.
The right sideboxes do have some odd div styling, but the whole template has had element ids and classes and organization changed some from stock. We can't tell how much of that change has happened since the template last worked correctly.

The work that i requested is as follows:

for a new baner and logo to be added (which I supplied),

for a link to my supplier (entitled 'Work From Home') to be removed from the footer,

for the right hand side boxes to be changed from burgundy to the colour they are now (that change isn't perfect, but I quite like the top and bottom edges of these boxes being a different colour)

For the pages in the more info box to be changed to different titles (rather then page 2, 3, 4) and for a page 5 (with a different title) to be added.

Everything has been sorted, apart from the more info box - there is now a 'page 5' in the define pages editor list, but the name changes are not showing in the list. I can't see if the name changes will show on the site though, as I can't get the box to display...

I want to go back to them with some potential answers if I can, as this first started on Friday...

Are you looking at the site in IE? In Firefox, the right sideboxes have some problems - content bunched up, cut off, and hanging out of boxes. Did you want the purple above the round-cornered headings? If so, it seems like there was unnecessary code added to do this, when it could have been achieved simply with the stylesheet. Firefox tends to handle styling more correctly, so you should make things look right there and then fix any display problems in IE.

I would have preferred to have got rid of the burgundy background on the right side boxes completely - I think I'll get them to change it back completely before they mess it up all together.

It seems to load OK as it stands in IE - I agree with FF - I use that normally and this afternoon I had the same problem you described. Also, the centre of the page should have a white background, but this afternoon, for some reason it ended up beng the same as the sides - greenwith the blackswirls.

Doesn't exactly instil much confidence in their software developer... Not sure he/she is that experienced in zen cart either somehow.
