list products in categories tree

I want to see a list of the products under each category, in the categories side box.

For ex: if you go to my web site www.respectyourtaste.com on the left side there is "shop now" box (just changed the name). I want under "More than sauces" to see a list of the products in this category.

Something like this:

More Than Sauce:
Sauce #1
Sauce #2
Sauce #3

Spice Needs:
Spice #1
Spice #2
etc

of course each product name has to link to the product page.

There is a module in the download section call expanded category or something like that. Make sure you check its description first to see if it does what you want.
