attributes controller disable

Hi i'm Eirene , i really new in here sorry if this is not the place to ask about this but i really really need your help .pleaseeeeee
help my web hosting disable by force my attributes_controller, they said because some of the script, but i don't do anything with script i only doing submission as usually.

she said by means of chmod 000 and chown root:root.

what is that?

and how to enable it again?

i really frustrated, i don't want to start all over again all my hard work after struggle doing uploading and submitted this whole month........ and need to finished my work immediately

please help

You need to contact your host, ask them to explain in every details what happened, and why must they disable it.
Then to enable it, it's the easiest if you just ask them to do it for you (as it doesnt seem like you know how to use "shell")

Thanks yellow!!!! for answering me......., i was reach them, and doing post, reply massage and begging massage(that was me :)......... with them with no result , so i just install new zen and replace the attributes_controller.php, it works now, but i still wondering what if latter they disable my attributes_controller again, am i going to do this install and replace over and over

Consider getting new webhost that supports and understands
zencart, before you get up and running...
