Ordering and CC Processing Problem

Not sure if this should be posted here or in the Payment section, but does anybody have any experience setting up payments and orders thru Authorize.net.

I am having an issue that everytime I get to the final confirmation screen for the order and I press the confirm button it comes back "There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again." I am being told that the Authorize.net side of things is set up with no problems, but I should not be getting this error.

The CC I used is good, the Zen is set up appropriately to communicate with Authorize.net.

if someone has run into this or has any suggestions on what I should do to try and get this working it would be much appreciated.

make sure you have the right transaction id and key

you may have to update them at authnet and then put the new ones n your mod

Authorize.net assures me that the transactions are going through smoothly on their end, but Zen Cart repeatedly tells me that their is an error processing the credit card. Could this be something on Zen Car's setup or the SSL cert. I am at a loss for why this is occuring.

Are you using the AIM mod? If not, switch to it, as it's more advanced, is more reliable, and has better error handling.

Also, you can enable debug-log-to-file in the module's settings. When you do that, do a transaction and then look in the /cache/ folder for the log file, and post its contents here. (The logs never contain any CC numbers)
