Add to Cart on or off on different products

I am wondering if there is a way to control which listings have the Add to Cart button. My latest store is mostly a showcase with no actual sales on the site but I will be selling at least one thing and I could just use a PayPal button, but then I don't get to use all sorts of neat zencart features.

I'd like no add to cart on this listing and yes add to cart on this one.

Can that be done?

Make the Product a Product is Call for Price YES ... Add to Cart becomes a Contact Us ... but all other features can be used

Make the Product Type as Document Product and turn off the Add to Cart feature ...

Make the Product Type as Document and the Add to Cart is already turned off but you do not get all the detail available to you
