EASY POPULATE image problem

i have got easy populate instaled and its working fine. im using exel to upload. i just wanted to know how do i get the product image in exel. i uploaded my images to my ftp the copied the file names in exel but no images showed up in my website.

I use easy populate as well and have not seen your issue with my store.

2 things to try - create an item manaully - then export it and use that as a template to build other items with Easy Populate.

Second - post one of the items lines from your excel doc so that we can look for any sort of possible path issue.

Here is path output from my export file that shows how my images are listed:

handbags/Batch1/2008042901.jpg

This is one image that is contained 2 levels inside my IMAGES dir for ZC.

Are you sure the image:

rglhdkgdkgh.jpg

is in your images folder?

Your page source shows it trying to find the image:

img src="images/rglhdkgdkgh.jpg"
