I am using a coupon that can be used in conjunction with a quantity discount. The coupon is for a percentage off but I want this percentage to be applied after the quantity discount. Currently is is applied before. Is there any fix for this??

Go to admin > modules > order total , adjust the sort orders for the modules you use. Good luck.
