red flag ZC Tranactions are not showing up in Authorize.net... My client is going to kill me.

    HERE'S THE BACK STORY ........

I have the latest version of ZC with a customized template and no add ons.

I configured the Authorize.net SIM exactly as explained on the tutorial.
ZC admin is showing 29 transactions pending. Everyone's CC # went through as if everything was fine was okay. There transactions are showing as PENDING.

I have had the store up for 3 days and noticed that there were some duplicate transactions showing up so I wanted to see how I could see if they were legitimate which made me check authorize.net to see if they were there. Upon checking the transactions NOTHING was there. I'm like...where's the money .

So I to into ZC payment module and authorize.net SIM edit. I went in and put in a new transaction key (just in case I didn't override the old one last time I got a new one and made sure I overrode the old one). I also changed it from "capture" to "authorize" (i didn't that so that I could manually input the next transactions into authorize.net I also changed the gateway mode to "on site"

The last thing I did was change it so that it e-mails me the middle numbers of the cc number (I did this because I can have them manually process these orders with our CC machine if I have to)

After I did all this I went in and did a test transaction with the 41111111111111111111 CC#. The transaction declined and I went into Authorize.net and I saw it there. ... okay .. now I know something it going right....

BUT at the same time when I was doing that a customer bought a product in my store .... I received the e-mail with the middle CC# and I see the transaction in my ZC queue. BUT not in my Authorize.net transactions.

    NOW HERE'S THE PROBLEM:

    1. I know that very last transaction didn't show up in authorize.net because I need to manually capture it.... how, when, and where do I do that.

    2. What do I do with the other 28 transactions that are "pending" and look like they went through? I don't have their CC #'s to do it manually and I really cannot see calling or e-mailing them and saying to process them again.

PLEASE HELP !!!! My client is high end... every time she is online live or on TV she sends people to the site to buy product ......

Exactly which modules do you have turned on? The SIM should NOT be emailing middle digits ...

I definately have AIM installed but I couldn't find exactly where I made the adjustment for it to e-mail me the middle numbers of the CC# ... but it did cause I received them from that very last transaction that I referenced above.

I went ahead and changed it back to authorize instead of capture cause I really need to fix this NOW. I'm hoping that the next transactions goes through

BUT I still gotta do something about the older transactions.

The only module that emails the middle digits is the Credit Card (cc) module.

On the payment modules screen which modules in the list have the green icon(meaning installed and setup) instead of red (meaning not installed) and are there any amber ones (meaning installed but not setup)?

My payment modules screen is showing SIM as green (my previous post incorrectly had AIM)

and Credit Card - Offline Processing as green...

I see now that this is where I put in my e-mail address to e-mail the middle numbers....

by the way I've gotten two new transactions and they are showing up in authorize.net.

Any suggestions on how I can process the other previous transactions?

Im betting that the other orders were put in the manual cc

so if you still have the emails then you can match the numbers from the email with the numbers from the matching invoice and manually put them in the trerminal

also I would sugggest using AIM rather than SIM and turn OFF the offline cc processing

I will turn off that offline processing.... but how do I access the information from the previous orders? When I first set it up I didnt have my e-mail address in there it was a generic one so it doesnt show any of their full cc numbers when I go into edit to look at their transaction info. Is there anywhere else this info is held?

also for the one transaction that I had to manual capture... can you help by telling me the steps to take to manually capture that one transaction

you would receive an email that has the middle numbers and the order number,

in zc go to admin-> orders and match the email to the order,
you now have the entire cc number

login to authnet and manually run the card in the virtual terminal

Yes thank you for all your help !!

My issue is that i didn't have an e-mail address inputted into the cc module for the old transactions so I don't have the middle cc#s.

Is there anyway to resubmit theses orders through authorize.net that you know of ??
