Default Losing the weight attribute from the dropdown selector

I'm wondering if there's a way I can lose the weight attribute from the drop down menu on a page like this:

    http://www.granolagourmet.com/store/...2f7c7b11bf153c

Look at the drop down for the product. 0.38 is the correct weight for the 4 bar pack but 0.78 is not for the 10 bar pack. It's set up to add both .38 and .78 to equal the 10 bar pack weight. It's confusing people.

You could always turn it off ...

Betcha want me to tell you how, eh?

search search search ... read read read ... aha!

Peek in the Catalog ... Product Types ... and select the Product Type you want to set the display of the Attributes Weights to OFF and click the EDIT LAYOUT button:
    Show Attribute Weight
Display Attribute Weight on Product Info 0= off 1= on
    Nifty eh?

Well, I did search and really couldn't find what I was looking for. Actually, there is no Edi Layout button. You just click on the name of the product type and it takes you to the page with all the options. Actually turned on and off a few things as a result.

I just always find it best that while search sometimes works, it's always best to simply ask a question. Get an answer!

When you go to Catalog ... Product Type ... look on the right panel and you will see the buttons for:
    EDIT
    EDIT LAYOUT

Use the EDIT LAYOUT button to change the settings on the Product Type ... there are a lot of them that you can configure in here ...
