How to Make 100*100 image file to below 10k !!
I have seem a lot of sites' small image files are small and clear .
I have tried so many ways to make it smaller ,but the result is not very good !
Who can help me ?

What photo editor are you using? What size is the image to start with?

I use "photoshop CS" photo editor, and the images is from Digital Cameras ,3072*2304 ,about 4MB

First, make a copy at 72dpi instead of 300 - then crop it, then when you save it for the web dial down the quality to 50% - if that is fuzzy slowly go up until it is no longer pixelated.

Use photoshop "save for web" comman and you will get even better result than by manually editing
