Godaddy's problem or mine? can't receive order confirmation email

I have installed zen at godaddy for one year , and everything went well.

Recently i find that can't receive order confirmation email and can't send updated order emails from admin-super order SOMETIME, an error occurs and says 2013 lost connection to mysql , and no records in emial archive manager.

But I CAN send emails from admin-tools-send mail.
It is very strange.

I read many posts about this issue but no solution, it seems something wrong with godaddy.

I use PHP to send the mail , can i change it to other ways to aviod this problem ?
or a better idea?

It's possible they may be having mailserver issues, as I've seen others report similar concerns recently.

I changed one domain email sitting to SMTPAUTH and it works.
I do't change any sitting anohter domain, it seems ok now, no problem happens again.
