Is there a way to show different banners according to the configured language?
Example: when the web apperas in English, to show only english banners AND when the web is in Spanish to show only banners in spanish.
Please advise. thanks!

Not currently no. There is no field in the banners table to record it's language. It's actually a bit more complex than it sounds to do too. But it is a good idea, and I'd recommend posting it in the suggestions section of the forum.
