Newbie-ready to pull my hair out!

I am getting the following error message:

"attribute option and value option do not match...."

I followed the instructions left by Linda and double checked the Option Name and Value Name, but I am still getting the error message.

What am I missing?

I have also checked the name of the pdf file to make sure it is correct as well.

Should the value name be the type of file (pdf)? Very confused here.
