add to cart & buy now buttons missing

Hi, I'm quite new to this to zen cart so my problem may proove to be simple but i'm baffled...
Having read all the threads I can find on why add to card buttons may be mising, it seems my settings are as they should be and I still cannot add my test product to my card of 'buy it now'.

my setting are....

• configuration> mystore> store status> 2= Showcase with prices
• configuration> customer detaials> Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices> 0= Not required
• configuration> product listing> Display Product Price/Add to Cart> 2
• configuration> product listing> Display Product Add to Cart Button> 2
• configuration> all listing> Display Product Buy Now Button> 1300

as far as i understand, these are correct? unfortunaly i still do not have any ann to card or buy buttons,
has anyone got any ideas?

Change that to normal shop mode and your buttons will work.

sadly, it did not work. I had it set to this before and the buttons were missing then too.

Any ideas what else it could be?

HI!!! Oh how very exciting! I've sorted it out now...

it seems that a setting was not set to what i thought is was.
configuration> customer detail> Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending>
was set to 3 instead of 0
