Internet Explorer 7 site displays incorrectly

Hello.

Our site, www.mauiexcellent.com, looks perfect in IE6.0 or below, however IE7.0 (it may also be a Vista issue, but I don't think so), the tables don't seem to work right. The text trails off the end of the center part of the page to the right, and the "Featured Products" and "Specials" and "New Products" table boxes on the left side are way too small comparitively, so the picture and some text simply bleed out to the right into the main page.

I did read some stuff about IE specific problems that might perhaps be addressed with a new ie stylesheet and such, but nothing that seemed to describe exactly this circumstance.

Any help would be of value!
