Your site is set to use Classic template, but there are no templates available..hence all white ...did you upload
all zencart files and folders correctly..templates should be
in
/includes/templates/classic
It looks as though you have a windows server that is blocking access to the folders below the root level. possibly they are password protected.

i re uploaded the folder you specified and i do not see a change

which folder needs the protection removed and by the way i never enabled protection. Im sure dotnetpanel isnt making this easy for me either.
Where are you hosting the site? Maybe they'll move it to a Linux box.
Lots of them. Certainly your images folder and anything below it, and your includes/templates folder and anything below that. There are others too depending upon which Zen Cart features you are using. Personally I'd recommend taking it off completely until your site is working and then if you feel you need it, apply it only to sensitive folders - Zen Cart has a fair few internal checks to ensure that people can't abuse it from outside.

im not sure how to remove the permissions in dotnetpanel but i clicked the little lock thing in my /shop and click read for wearquantum.com and network service and it still gives me the error
