Adding multiple images to a product: "No Image Handler configured."

Hello,

I'm trying to add additional images to a product. I have ZC 1.3.8a upgraded from 1.2.7.

When I navigate to Admin > Catalog > Products Image Manager, and then select my products and click on "New File", I choose the 3 image files in different sizes, "save", and get this message:

No Image Handler configured.

Should I download and install a new Image Handler? I found this one:

You were using Image Handler before the upgrade? Then yes, you need to upgrade it too.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I'm not sure whether the Image Handler was used before. If Admin > Catalog > Products Image Manager is available, does it mean that it was available before? I'll try to install the new Image Handler from the link above
