I am having a problem with a Zen-cart. It started out that my client was not getting the middle credit card emailed to him. Then I noticed that he was getting duplicate orders. I went ahead and upgrade the cart to 1.3.8a and thought that this would fix the problem. It did not. He was still getting duplicate orders. One order would have nothing on it the 2nd would have all the information on it. So I found a post to fix the duplicate order problem and hoped that it would fix the missing email problem to. It did not. The duplication has stopped but every now and then he gets an order that will have everything on it but no product plus my client will not get the email with the middle credit card numbers. I have spent meaning days trying to find out what the problem is. After asking my hosting company if there were any issues with the server they said no everything is fine. But I found out from my clients customers the ones that this is happening to that when they placed the order the site timed out. I am not sure what to do. I am wonder if this may be a server problem. Is any one else having this problem and if so have you found a fix.
