Qty Discount not showing in shopping basket

Ive setup quantity discounts for this item:

scroll to the bottom to see.

But when adding to cart, it doesnt give the discount, any ideas?

oh, it seems it doesnt take the qty discount when you have Product Priced by Attributes: yes

Is that a bug?

Thanks for the reply. Done that, and no difference? For example i make the qty 60, it says 90.00 when it should be 80 something
