Changing Number of Products Displayed

I want to change the number of products displayed in a Category. The default in 10 and I want to increase it slightly so the customer won't have to use the NEXT link to view 1 or 2 additional items in that category. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Can not alter just one category but the global for this is set in the admin > config > maximum values > Products Listing- Number Per Page > set your number

How about a minimum value for the "New Products" box? I can't seem to find this. Currently it's set to display 3 products, but can't find what to change.

There is no minimum - look at the maximum number in Admin> Configuration> Maximums

Well, my new products box is currently showing 3 products, any ideas where zen cart is being told to display 3 and not 4, 5, 6 etc? I have gone through the maximum values checking everthing that ius set to 3 and none apply.

Could this be set at a template level and not in zen cart admin?
