Products Disclaimer Support Thread

A simple contribution that adds a product disclaimer in the footer above the copyright information.

This contribution does modify tpl_footer.php.
If you have already edited includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_footer.php, You should use a file compare tool (such as winmerge) to merge the included tpl_footer.php file.

Should be available in the downloads section shortly.

Thanks for this module .. I was going to do the exact thing , but saw your addon ..

Disclaimers do change time to time.. I was wondering , if you can use Define page , this way , admin can have total control of design , color , font , images , styling , etc..

i tried define page .. was successfull in some pages, but not in other pages that other define page included already .. couldn't figure that out , im not the programmer..

You can change the text of the disclaimer in

includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/products_disclaimer.php

With some additional work and a few more files to make it functional, using a define page should be possible.
