    Default Email Subject Line

    In the contact us page Zen Cart offer a subject line. I have noticed that no matter what the customer include in this subject line When the admin receive the email the subject is always Message from "Your Domain Name" Whats the point of having a subject line if it is useless???? Is there a solution for this problem???

    You must have an add-on that is not working the default Contact Us from the current version of Zen Cart does not contain a subject line ...

    So what you are saying is the the original contact us page doesn't have a Subject line???
    If that's the case why isn't the mod for the subject line is not being displayed in the email?

    A default new uncustomized install of the current version of Zen Cart does not give the customer the option to type in their own subject line on the contact-us page. Thus you must be using some sort of addon or customization that you've made.

    I have no idea what your add-on is let alone what it is doing ...

    You might compare the original code for the Contact Us with what you currently have to see what might be out of wack ...

    Which file would I need to compare it to, the Contact_us file is found in different locations on the site such as tpl_contact_us.php and other places which file will have to do with the core file.

    The reason I am asking that is I have a problem with my Write Review and Email A Friend features on the site, once you click either of these 2 button you will get a blank page which means I have an open in the PHP code, I do have the original Zen Carts Files I am trying to replace the core the file that might have the issue with the code.

    If you are Logged in, do you get the blank page when you try to Write a Review or Tell a Friend?

    Yes I get a blank page if I am logged in or not. I will look into the debug mod.

    There was a mod in the download section for adding a subject line to the contact us form. I will try to re-install it at a later time to make sure I did it right. I did install the mod to add a phone number to the contact us form and It works like charm I am not sure what is wrong with the Subject line one.
