Selecting Multiple Items from Drop Down

Does Zen-Cart support selecting multiple items from a drop down menu? What I am referring to is from the user's perspective where they can select more than 1 option by cntrl-click. I need all options selected to be listed under the attribute name on the order summary and receipt.

I found a plug-in that supported this on the admin side when setting up the attributes but it didn't affect my store front.

Why not change from a drop-down to checkboxes? They are meant for multiple choices.
