Black above/below header image

Made some progress today with customization. Time to resolve an issue that has bugged me since day one:

I have extra space above and below my header_bg.jp image. As of today, I have colored it black in the CSS to minimize its negative impact. Now I want the thing gone. I built the image to the 110px based on the CSS, so that's not the problem.

I prefer to just get rid of this space. It'll tighten up the vertical height of the site.

Try adding display:none; to #tagline


It doesn't show in IE7, BTW.
