Is my newletter getting sent to all on my list?

I have a newsletter list of 2287 people but when I send out a newsletter I get this message after one line of checks + 16 checks on the second line:

Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

I know some of the emails are going out but am unsure if all of them are going out.

Also, any ideas on what is causing the email error?

It produces one check for each email that's sent. You'll see the actual email address by hovering over the checkmark.

Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

That means when your webserver attempted to send and email message, the email server didn't acknowledge or allow the request.

As for "why", you'll have to ask your hosting company why it's refusing to connect. Maybe you've hit a threshold?
