How to remove "Units in Stock" in show product info page?

Dear all,

After I clicked a products, will bring me to the product info page, well, I want to del the 29 Units in Stock forever, which php file need to change?

• Shipping Weight: 10 grams
• 29 Units in Stock

admin > catalog > product types > general > and select the far right "edit layout" button > Show Quantity in Stock > set to "0"

This is not true in v1.3.8. How do I suppress the display of units in stock on the product pages?

it is the same for v1.3.8

Is it possible to not have the units in stock not show for some products, but show for others?

Oh, I thought I had it figured out. I have a "service" (I'm offering workshops), so I set it as a virtual product with always free shipping. I have the free shipping module installed. And, I went to product types, clicked on "product-free shipping", then "edit layout" and changed "Show Quantity in Stock" to "0", but it still shows when a customer is looking at the product. I also have price attributes set up, and didn't want the "starting at $XX.00" showing, so I set "Show Starting At text on Price" to "0", but it also still shows. Any ideas? Thanks!

With some searching, I found a thread with a solution that worked for me. I'll post the link in case someone has the same situation.
