No "Download" button appearing after purchase

We're testing the cart out. I paid with PayPal for a downloadable product. Emails & payment worked fine. I go the site and click on My Account. The order is there under history, and the cart says

To download your files click the download button and choose "Save to Disk" from the popup menu.

but there is no "download" button anywhere to click. Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

The default of the download button is:
/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/button_download.gif

Providing the Download is available based on the Order Status (orders_status) and set to >= 2 or <= 4, (Processing, Delivered and Updated) the Download button will show ...

Thanks. We realized it was a faulty file name and that was the problem. Once we fixed the file name the button to download appeared.
