I know this is a strange request but my client uses the cart to manage the purchase of insurance policies and wants users with more claims to pay a higher fee and reward those with fewer claims to have lower fees. We are using v 1.3.8a.

Obviously, we can use the Group Pricing to reward those with fewer claims but can we also use Group Pricing to punish those with more claims? Would something else be better for this?

I have searched all through the FAQ's, threads and WIKI and can find nothing on this. Please help.
