I am having a major "blond" moment with installing the email export plugin .. I have read one of the help threads yet still can not seem to install the plugin

Where actually do I need to upload it?

when I try the cart directory it overwrites my admin and the cart does not load..

when I upload the php file in images/upload nothing shows ..

any help would be appreciated
