    Default Check out says "Sorry We are not accepting payments from your region at this time" !?

    Hi all,

    Having trouble setting up my cart with paypal....

    Check out says "Sorry We are not accepting payments from your region at this time" when the checkout gets to Step 2 of 3 in Payment Information.

    Advice???
