I would be very grateful if someone can help me here.
I'm trying to setup the following shipping rates...
- First Class shipping to the U.S. = $3.50 (only available up to $70.00 worth of purchase or maybe 13 ounces if that's easier.)
- Priority Mail shipping to the U.S. = $5.00 (to anywhere in the U.S. no matter how many items are purchased.)
- Express Mail shipping to the U.S. = $20.00 (to anywhere in the U.S. no matter how many items are purchased.)
- First Class International = $5.00 (to anywhere outside U.S., no matter how many items are purchased.
- Priority Mail International = Email for price. (Figuring out how to add this quoted rate to someone's order is another matter!)
I've installed and tried to setup the Zones Table Rate and then the Zones Flat Rate add-ons but they're not working the way I figured. I'm probably doing something wrong. I first set up the following zones under "Zone Definitions"...
ZONE 1 = U.S. First Class - (US, all zones)
ZONE 2 = U.S. Priority Mail - (US, all zones)
ZONE 3 = U.S. Express Mail - (US, all zones)
ZONE 4 = International (All countries, all zones)
ZONE 5 = Priority Mail International (All countries, all zones)
When I test with a U.S. address the only shipping option is Express Mail for $20.00 and no other options.
When I test an international address I get a table that says, "Available Shipping Methods" and "Rates" but then no methods or rates listed at all.
I'm hoping it's something simple I've missed.
Thanks,
Rebekah
