    Default credit card manual process split email is not working for me

    hi Zenners,
    I set up new zen cart with manual credit card processing.
    also the email for split credit card number were set.

    when I place a test order , I received order confirmation with border credit card numbers but I do not receive any split second email that show middle digits.

    I tried many things and none worked.

    The only thing that I did not checked is that my test site do not use SSL. Is this cause a problem.

    That function should work without SSL.

    Have you checked the SPAM filter on the email account you use?

    Also try setting Admin - Configuration - Email Options - E-Mail Transport Method to sendmail

    Not working for me either and have checked spam. I dont get a hint of an email being sent to the split email addy. HALP! Please :-)

    Default Email Credit Card Information

    I hope this isnt redundant, but I am trying to process orders.. and only have part of the credit card information.

    I have it set to accept credit cards (and manually process each order based on our stock) and using paypal virtual terminal (offline processing). I am not receiving the other part of the card information. I have also attempted to view in my db (myphpadmin)... to no avail. Is there anyone else having this problem.. or able to share some wisdom on this matter?


    If this question has been answered before... spank me and send me to my room!

    After running into the same problem here. Building a site for somebody else ( my own site does not use offline processing ) and no split email arriving either. I get the order confirmation alright but not the second email.

    Could someone using 1.3.8 and processing offline verify this actually works ?

    Scratch that - like a total ###### I had a wrong email address in the split email field.

    Check your email settings and Copy into memory the email that you have set on the Modules ... Payments ... Credit Cards cc ... Payment module and try to send an email to that email address ...
