how to add define page to footer ?

Hello.
I like to know how to add custom Define page to footer ?

i found the code needed to fetch right define page and to display but my problem is as follow.

how can i make sure my custom DIV would show my custom Define page , if there are more then two define page fetched on same page ??

I need to create Disclaimer in my footer , reason to use define page is that , i might change the content , font size , colour , or add some extra images.

when i added my code to footer, some pages were ok , but those with default zen cart define page , where the one showing in my footer.

any suggestion ?

How about tweaking it a bit like this: you can add html to "banner", so why dont you use "banner" instead of define page?

Why not just copy and paste your disclaimer into an ezpage and it will auto show in footer.
And you can still edit it at any time.

Ezpages show as a link ...i want disclaimer showing as text and some logos and stuff , under footer for all pages. also , using define pages, is more like using server include function .. and not fetching info from db each time page loads..
