I'm looking for reliable source.

There is, as far as I know, no source for Template Monster-type templates (graphics-heavy and designed for specific types of stores) other than TM itself and its various resellers ( I wanted to say 'pimps').

Creating your own or modifying one of the free ones as tina suggested is your best bet.
