Items in Stock

If I have an item (or items) that come in various sizes, how do I track what my stock levels are.

For example:

I sell protein shakes in three flavors and 4 different sizes. Assume I order 24 of each. But the 32oz size in vanilla sells more than the 128oz Chocolate. There is no place in the attributes controller for this.
