I'm so close I can smell success, but...
On my checkout page I see two fill-in areas for credit card info. One has the CCV box and the other does not. You can choose either box with a radio button.
Using a MC, with Authorize.net in test mode, I was able to get authorized via the box with no CCV info, even though the alternative fill-in wouldn't authorize without the CCV info.
I want to get rid of the box with no CCV info. How can I do this?

Turn off the Offline CC module in your Admin> Modules> Payment Modules
