Error after installing Gift Wrap module...

Hi,
I've messed up somewhere when installing the Gift Wrap module.

I have 1.3.8

Can someone suggest what I change to correct things? Thanks!

The physical error showing on my site is a blank page when going to checkout...

My Debug files show this error.

For anyone else with this problem:

I had changed some of my files to blahblahORIGINAL.php as a way of leaving the existing file while I tested the newly added one.

Have now changed to blahblah.php.original and is now working fine. A common self created problem it seems...
