I run 1.3.8a and have the Jan 27 version of the Fedex module. I
want to add a surcharge to all orders; I used to do this with no
problem but I think it went away at some point, and I don't see in the
settings where to add it. The UPS module has a handling fee option,
but at best the Fedex module has a "residential surcharge" which
doesn't seem to do what I want. I am fairly certain there used to be
an option to add a surcharge but I just can't find it. Any help would
be appreciated, thanks.
