HELP! Installed Bestsellers Thumbnail and now site is a mess!

I did post this last night on the support thread but had no replies as yet - I am desperate so have created a new thread in the hope someone sees it and can help.

I am trying to personalise my zen cart store without having to rely on my web host/designer for everything - now as I have never used zen cart or php before this has been like jumping off a very high diving board - and I just did a belly-flop.

I have tried installing the bestsellers thumbnail images v2 and have obviously made some terrible errors - When I try to visit my site I get a blank screen!

I used the debug programme and got this huge response:

Now I know this relates to the modification and I know I cocked up but there is just too much info above and I just don't know what I should be doing to correct my bad install.

Is there any kind soul out there who understands the words above and can hold my hand through sorting out my mess??

You're going to need to back-track your steps in order to uninstall this module if you are using zen cart 1.3.8.

It is for 1.3.7
