If you REMOVE the Gift Certificates in Modules ... Order Totals ... Gift Certificates ot_gv ... then they will not show ...
Then look in the Configuration ... Emails Options ...
Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link?
Show "Newsletter Unsubscribe" link in the "Information" side-box?
