Sort Order Not Working

I've specified a sort order for two categories of products on this site --- http://blockislandhoney.com/ and the products are in that order on the product listing page but when you go to an individual product page and then start clicking on next or previous, the products are not in the same order as specified by the sort order field. The two categories on the site with this problem are Candles and Novelties. Does anyone know why this is/ I've tried different things, but can't get it to work.

Each of the Listings and the Product _info has its own setting for the Display order to allow you to customize each one ...

Peek in the Configuration ... Product Info ...

Previous Next - Sort Order
Products Display Order by
0= Product ID
1= Product Name
2= Model
3= Price, Product Name
4= Price, Model
5= Product Name, Model
6= Product Sort Order

This is exactly what I was missing, THANK YOU! I switched this from Name which must be the default to Sort Order and now it is working, THANK YOU AGAIN!
